Our custom door service features close cooperation with the client in designing and constructing custom doors and entry ways. We employ time honoured construction techniques in our doors, working in solid wood species appropriate to your application. Our joinery is true mortise and tenon rather than doweled and we will pin tenons with square oak pegs if you desire. Our entry doors contain an internal vapour barrier to allow individual panels to expand and contract separately in differing environments.

In addition to custom doors, we also produce related items including sidelights, transoms, and entry door surrounds. Glazing services include beveled glass, custom designed leaded glass, and true divided light insulating glass. All of these are made to your specifications. Radius woodwork is a specialty of our shop. This feature can be employed in transoms , paneling, and crown mouldings, as well as in arched and circular doors. We have the tools, the techniques and the personnel to provide first class work in this neglected but historically popular form of architectural detail.
